2. Evaluation of Relevance and Strategic Fit
Analizamos la compatibilidad entre tu proyecto, la oportunidad identificada y los objetivos de Impact Hub Americas Corp. Si el ajuste es positivo, avanzamos a formalizar nuestro apoyo.
3. Signing of the Funds Channeling Annex
We complete the Fund Channeling Annex and/or, if applicable, create donation buttons. All this under a clear and transparent framework.
4. Issuance of the Fiscal Sponsor Letter of Commitment
Once the preliminary agreement is signed, we will provide you with the Fiscal Sponsorship Commitment Letter, a key document for completing your application for funding or grants in the U.S.
5. Application and Support Process
You apply for a specific opportunity supported by our backing, and if required, we provide additional technical assistance as stipulated in the Fund Channeling Annex.
6. Signing the Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement
Si tu proyecto resulta seleccionado y financiado, formalizamos el Acuerdo de Patrocinio Fiscal, que regula el manejo de los fondos recibidos y la ejecución del proyecto.

¿Qué es el Cuestionario de Evaluación Inicial – Patrocinio Fiscal 501?
Es el primer paso para evaluar si tu proyecto puede recibir nuestro respaldo de patrocinio fiscal. El cuestionario recoge información básica sobre tu entidad, la convocatoria a la que aplicas, tu necesidad de patrocinio, tu experiencia manejando fondos, y las expectativas sobre el servicio. Completarlo no implica compromiso, pero sí es necesario para iniciar el proceso.
¿Qué es el Anexo de Canalización de Fondos, Formulación de Proyectos y/o Creación de Botones de Donación?
Es un documento que formaliza el servicio que Impact Hub Americas Corp prestará a tu proyecto, detallando:

El tipo de patrocinio o apoyo solicitado (canalización de fondos, formulación de proyectos o creación de botón de donaciones).

El porcentaje de comisión aplicable según el servicio elegido.

El presupuesto de la convocatoria y costos adicionales como transferencias o tarifas de pasarela de pagos.
Este Anexo debe firmarse antes de emitir la carta de patrocinio y es parte esencial del proceso de patrocinio fiscal.
¿Qué es la Fiscal Sponsor Letter of Commitment?
Es una carta oficial emitida por Impact Hub Americas Corp donde se confirma nuestro compromiso de actuar como patrocinador fiscal de tu proyecto.
Este documento es necesario para respaldar tu aplicación a fondos, grants o convocatorias que exigen contar con una organización 501(c)(3) registrada en EE.UU.
Incluye una descripción del proyecto, nuestro rol de supervisión administrativa y financiera, y garantiza el cumplimiento legal requerido por los donantes.
¿Qué es el Acuerdo de Patrocinio Fiscal entre Impact Hub Americas y mi proyecto?
Es el contrato formal que regula toda la relación de patrocinio fiscal. Establece los términos para canalizar fondos, los roles y responsabilidades de cada parte, la supervisión financiera y legal, la gestión de donaciones, el cumplimiento de reportes, la protección de propiedad intelectual, y las reglas para resolver conflictos. Este acuerdo asegura que tanto tu proyecto como Impact Hub Americas cumplan con las leyes de EE.UU. y del país donde operas.
